{"id":2116,"date":"2017-08-02T18:19:04","date_gmt":"2017-08-02T23:19:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gcjhs.gcsc.k12.in.us\/?p=2116"},"modified":"2017-08-02T18:19:04","modified_gmt":"2017-08-02T23:19:04","slug":"principals-update-8217","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gcjhs.gcsc.k12.in.us\/?p=2116","title":{"rendered":"Principal&#8217;s Update 8\/2\/17"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It was a great first day of school! \u00a0Everyone (eventually) found all of their classes. \u00a0We reassured the students that in another day or two they will know the building well and wonder why they ever struggled to find their way around. \u00a0We were short on MacBooks this year, but we anticipate getting devices for all students later this week.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>I want to remind parents that our\u00a0<b>Meet the Teachers<\/b>\u00a0night is\u00a0<u><span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_2062828894\"><span class=\"aQJ\">tomorrow<\/span><\/span><\/u>\u00a0from\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_2062828895\"><span class=\"aQJ\">7pm to 8pm<\/span><\/span>. \u00a0It is an open house style, so you can go to classes in any order and come any time between\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_2062828896\"><span class=\"aQJ\">7pm and 8pm<\/span><\/span>.
