I know the big question is, \u201cWhat does next week\u2019s schedule look like?\u201d  Despite the change to red for our county, we had a quiet week last week, in terms of positive cases and contact tracing.  We are carefully watching the numbers this week for the state, county, and school. Ultimately, the decision of whether we default back to our regular schedule or remain in the hybrid schedule will depend on cases at GCJHS.  I expect to have this information no later Wednesday and I will send something out as soon as a decision is made.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. First semester report cards are now available in Powerschool.<\/li>
    2. We are recognizing students who log in to every class from home and who complete all of their assignments on time during our hybrid schedule.  We had our first drawing for prizes on Friday and will do the same thing this week.  <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Virtual School Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The move to a hybrid schedule does not affect your child\u2019s schedule.  Everything is status quo for virtual school students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. If you are having technology trouble, email our tech team at support@gcsc.k12.in.us<\/a> <\/li>
      2. All students should be logged into Google classroom every day.  We ask parents to check Powerschool and help to encourage your child to log in to Google Classroom daily, and complete all assigned work. Powerschool may not have an accurate schedule.  Here is the daily schedule <\/a>for students.<\/li>
      3. Families of Virtual Algebra students: please be watching for an email to register for second semester Algebra.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
