1. Quarter 3 assessments will be given this week. Students who are absent will need to make arrangements to take the assessments when they return from spring break. Some classes require a two-day test, but most assessments will follow this schedule:

2. Today, we started using the visitor management system in our schools. Visitors who need to go beyond the office area will need to provide a state or military ID to run through the system.
3. 7th grade baseball tryout information
Conditioning: Thursday 4/10/16 5:30-7:30pm Dream Big Fields
Tryouts Tuesday 3/15 and Wednesday 3/16 at GCJHS from 5:30pm-7pm
*If it rains or there are field issues, Dream Big as the backup location for tryouts.
4. Golf call out meeting- March 16, 8am.

1. Yearbooks are still on sale and are $27.00. You can write a check payable to GCJHS and send it in with your student or you can order online at yearbookforever.com.
Mrs. Scott also needs pictures of eighth graders for the slide show at the end of the year. We know parents and students are always snapping pictures at events. Please send pictures to [email protected].
2. If you know someone who would like to receive the GCJHS parent newsletter, please let them know they can sign up on our webpage.
