Information

1. Students will be taking the practice ISTEP test today and tomorrow.

2. Our girl’s basketball game vs. Mt. Vernon will be played on Tuesday, March 3 rather than Monday, March 2. It is a home game.

3. The McKinney-Vento act is a law that protects families who may be considered homeless. The following link is a Residency Form survey that the school corporation is required to send out to each family twice a year. The information received from this form will be kept confidential and will be used by the corporation’s McKinney-Vento liaison to assist with outreach to families. 4. The State of Indiana and Department of Education have reduced the ISTEP test. We will now test March 3 and 4 for the first round. Please make sure students are rested and have a protein-packed breakfast! Attendance is very important, so please call us as soon as possible if your child is too sick to come to school on those days.

5. Tonight is the EndZone at the High School for 8th grade students and their parents. The first hour is an open house for extra-curricular activities. You can browse through the 30+ stations in the cafeteria and hallways anytime between 6 and 7PM. Then, at 7PM, the high school guidance counselors will present information about registering for classes.
