Tips for School Success
Students sometimes have trouble with time management at this stage in life.  It’s important to develop a plan and you can help!  Have your child make a list of assignments he/she needs to get done.  It’s fun to cross the items off the list as they are completed and it keeps them on task.  If something seems overwhelming, have him/her break it into small parts.  Make sure your child does the most challenging assignments first while he/she is still fresh and alert.  Set goals and rewards (If I study for 30 minutes, I get to play video games for 30 minutes).
